In early June, it was finally time again: just like last year, our entire New Chapter team came together for two inspiring days at our Hamburg office. Personal exchange, shared reflection, and looking ahead not only moved us forward strategically but also strengthened us even more as a team.

Alongside productive workshops and stimulating discussions, one thing was at the center of it all: togetherness. A true highlight was our evening get-together at the Supper Club by the water. In a relaxed atmosphere with good food and engaging conversations, we took the time to connect beyond the demands of everyday work—something that often gets lost in the fast pace of business life. At the same time, we were able to show our colleagues from outside Hamburg a particularly beautiful corner of our city.

Another highlight: we welcomed two new feel-good team members – Coco and her charming four-legged colleague Lotti. With their cheerful nature and tireless enthusiasm for connecting with everyone, they not only brought plenty of smiles but also noticeably lifted the team spirit.

With fresh momentum, new ideas, and a clear direction, we're now heading into the second half of the year. The months ahead promise exciting projects, new challenges, and many shared successes—and we're looking forward to shaping this journey together.
