While global politics and economic trends are once again converging in Davos, we deliberately chose a different setting for our annual kickoff: Flensburg instead of an Alpine panorama – sea views instead of summit stress. 🌊😉

Our offsite was inspiring, connecting, and exactly the right mix of strategy, exchange, and togetherness. Especially because we work as a remote team spread across Germany, these shared days are particularly valuable: time to come together, connect in person, and strengthen our team spirit – far away from day-to-day business. And in the evenings, we were even rewarded with northern lights over the fjord. ✨

A real highlight this year was a new format:
Companies we have the privilege of supporting as a search and leadership advisory opened their doors to us and shared insights into their organizations. This change of perspective was truly enriching – seeing how structures, cultures, and strategies evolve, how growth is shaped, and which challenges these organizations are facing today. Successful perspective shifts that inspire and leave a lasting impact. With many new impulses, fresh energy, and real tailwinds, we are starting the new year – and looking forward to all the new chapters that 2026 will bring. 🚀
