Dr. med Anne Wichels-Schnieber

Anne knows what modern management is all about, and that from many points of view – she has not only successfully appointed many to leadership positions, but she has held those positions herself several times.

As a graduate of medicine, she first started working for McKinsey, where she led the McKinsey Hospital Academy. At Russel Reynolds Associates, she was most recently responsible for the German healthcare sector. She was a founder and CEO of a healthcare tech start-up, which she successfully sold to an investor. And she was the CHRO of another. To share this comprehensive experience with many companies, she founded New Chapter Executive Search in 2021. Anne lives in Hamburg.

Julia Mandl

Comprehensive data analysis – that is Julia’s thing. That’s how she wins over candidates and clients alike – along with a sparkling serve of Viennese charm.

Julia is a CEMS graduate who also studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. After entering the employment market as a Global Product Manager at Hilti in Schaan/Lichtenstein, she spent 3 years in London as the European Sales Manager for Virgin Atlantic. She went on to have two children in Hamburg, while also learning the skills of research at Russel Reynolds Associates. When her partner was transferred to Bogota in Colombia, she became self-employed, and now, back in Vienna, she founded New Chapter Executive Search together with Anne.

Sabine Baaß

Sabine has had quite a few demanding clients. And supervisors. All this taught her there is nothing better than a seamlessly smooth process.

Sabine started in Guest Relations Management at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, in a completely different culture with extremely high standards and expectations. Back in Germany, she studied economics majoring in human resources, management, and organisation. At the same time, she finished a trainee program in the HR team at Generali Deutschland Gruppe, and built up experience in staff selection processes. Most recently, she worked at Russel Reynolds Associates for 7 years as a project coordinator – cross-sectoral (healthcare, industrial, tech, financial, consumer) and international, on many projects at the same time. And now: she’s responsible for keeping the plates spinning at New Chapter in Hamburg.

Haydeh Eftekhar

Human resources departments love to issue complicated candidate requirements. We give them Haydeh.

Haydeh studied Islamic studies, psychology, and politics at Universität Hamburg, and then Middle Eastern Politics at the University of London. In Syracuse, Italy, she worked with a UN research project on human rights in northern Africa. She then worked 4 years at Russel Reynolds Associates in Hamburg. As a research analyst, she predominantly developed market analyses and search strategies, often on up to 20 projects at the same time. Most recently, Haydeh worked as a project manager for the Alliance für Sicherheit in der Wirtschaft in Berlin. Now she is starting a new chapter: with New Chapter in Taiwan.

Storage of your data

Your data is stored in databases in the EU and UK. The servers hosting these databases are operated on our behalf by a third-party service provider (Processor). We use the services provided by Invenias/Bullhorn Ltd and Microsoft. Your data is available to our management and staff for the purposes of providing services to companies (Clients).

Processing of personal data

Based on your consent and at our discretion, we may disclose parts of your personal data, such as your qualifications and professional experience, to specific companies (Clients), for the purposes of analysing whether you as a candidate are of interest to them for an executive or similar management position they have indicated is open. The information thus disclosed is limited to the data strictly necessary for that purpose. We will neither disclose all of your information, nor your identity to a Client without first obtaining separate and specific consent to do so. At no time will your information be used for any purpose other than the provision of services for companies (Clients), nor be merged, linked, or otherwise connected with other personal information collected elsewhere on the website.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Your information will continue to be processed until such time as you withdraw your consent as granted when you provided the candidate information to us. On withdrawal of your consent, we will delete your information from all of our databases. This does not affect the legality of any processing conducted prior to the withdrawal of your consent.
