While global politics and economic trends are once again converging in Davos, we deliberately chose a different setting for our annual kickoff: Flensburg instead of an Alpine panorama \u2013 sea views instead of summit stress. \ud83c\udf0a\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our offsite was inspiring, connecting, and exactly the right mix of strategy, exchange, and togetherness. Especially because we work as a remote team spread across Germany, these shared days are particularly valuable: time to come together, connect in person, and strengthen our team spirit \u2013 far away from day-to-day business. And in the evenings, we were even rewarded with northern lights over the fjord. \u2728<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A real highlight this year was a new format:
Companies we have the privilege of supporting as a search and leadership advisory opened their doors to us and shared insights into their organizations. This change of perspective was truly enriching \u2013 seeing how structures, cultures, and strategies evolve, how growth is shaped, and which challenges these organizations are facing today.\n\nSuccessful perspective shifts that inspire and leave a lasting impact. With many new impulses, fresh energy, and real tailwinds, we are starting the new year \u2013 and looking forward to all the new chapters that 2026 will bring. \ud83d\ude80
