While the world meets in Davos, we have retreated for three inspiring days into the L\u00fcneburger Heide \u2013 right in the middle of a frosty, beautiful winter landscape. Time to reflect, strategically look ahead, and, above all, continue growing together as a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In complete seclusion, right next to the oldest nature park in Germany, we not only defined new goals but also experienced unforgettable moments: curling, winter grilling, and deep conversations away from everyday life. Especially valuable were the personal encounters that often get overlooked in hybrid work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our team is growing! At the beginning of 2024, we were 15, and now we are 20 colleagues \u2013 a dynamic, dedicated team. With fresh ideas, new inspiration, and lots of energy, we are starting the new year full of motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
