New Chapter Executive Search GmbH screened over 700 women and conducted more than 100 interviews, revealing the following insights from the recruitment process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f4c8.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcc8\" style=\"width: 10px;\">&nbsp;VC funds: Professionalize your recruitment, be aware of your bias, and adapt your behaviour.
